One book

It is almost impossible to pick ONE book that has inspired and improved one’s work the most. However, looking at my I&D bookshelf today I see a particular one that outstands for its proven change approach, hands-on exercises, how-to examples, methodology, and mission standing behind.

Yes, mission – cause Inclusion Nudges Guidebook goes beyond those 600+ printed pages. It is a global initiative launched and designed by the two amazing ladies, with a concrete purpose in mind: “making inclusion the default and norm”.

And guess what – we are all invited to join the “project”.

Lisa Kepinski and Tinna C. Nielsen are the authors. Kudos for the work they have been doing.

I wish I’d had access to the material years back when was designing the global unconscious bias training for the very first time…
