Privacy Policy – Definitions

Website – refers to the Website with the address
Website Operator – means the owner of the Website, CONECTIA Karol Stryja, under NIP 894-260-56-29, Regon: 020-413-910.
Website User – means a natural person who uses the Website via the Internet.
Cookie files – refer to IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are meant for using the Website’s pages. The default parameters of cookies allow the stored information to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies are most often used to monitor the activity of the Website Users and allow the Website to store individual information about the internet connection activity.
Privacy Policy – refers to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information about the Website Operator

This Privacy Policy regulates the terms and the conditions of using the Website of which is operated by CONECTIA Karol Stryja, under NIP 894-260-56-29, Regon: 020-413-910.
The Website is designed to obtain information about the Website Users and their activities by storing cookies files on the Website Users’ end devices.

2. Information on cookies files

The Website uses cookies files. Accepting cookies files is required to ensure security, accurate service distribution on the Website, and effective use of the Website by the Website Users.

Cookies files are obtained and stored for the following purposes:
> personalization of the Website,
> generating Website statistics and Website Users’ flow statistics between different websites, which in turn are used to improve the structure and content of the website,
> keeping the Website User’s session without interruption by storing their data and choices, thanks to which the Website User does not have to, for instance, re-enter the login and password on every single subpage of the Website, defining the profile of the Website User in order to present materials personalized to their preferences on websites.

The Website uses two basic types of cookies files, namely session cookies files and persistent cookies files. Session cookies files are temporary files that are stored on the Website User’s end device until they log out by leaving the website or closing the browser itself. Persistent cookies files are stored on the Website User’s end device for the time specified in the cookies file parameters or until they are deleted by the Website User.

As a rule, the web browser itself allows for cookies files to be stored on the Website User’s end device by default. Website users can change the settings of storing or accessing cookies files. Additionally, the web browser allows the users to delete or automatically block any cookies files. 3. Information on data collected by the Website

Within the framework of storing cookies files, the Website collects information about the Website User’s connection parameters (e.g. the visiting time of the Website, the number of Website User’s visits to the Website, the Website User’s IP address, the URL of the page visited prior by the Website User (the so-called referrer) – in the event of the Website is accessed via a link and the computer and browser data used to browse the Website being identified.
The data obtained from cookies files are not under any circumstances combined with the personal data of the Website Users. These data are used with the sole purpose of administering the website and ensuring that the provided hosting services are used in the most efficient way.

4. Final Conclusions

The Website User, by using the Website, accepts hereby the content of this Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy comes into effect on the day of its publication on the Website.
The Website Operator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy by announcing the changes on the Website.
Regarding any subjects that are not covered by the Privacy Policy, the applicable rules and regulations of Polish law shall apply.

The Website operator on the basis of a lawful request may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies within the limits resulting from the said request.

In the event that the Website User considers that the process of their personal data violates the terms and conditions specified in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and concerning free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (‘GDPR’), has the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
